Kylese Zaiger

Kylese Zaiger

Kylese is a South Lake Tahoe local, however she briefly moved to New Zealand for her Master’s Internship, which involved being the Sport Psychologist for the New Zealand ski team. Kylese has her B.A. in Psychology, M.A in Sport Psychology, NZSIA Level 2 (which is equivalent to PSIA Level 3 or else know as a fully certified ski instructor), Certified spin instructor & Certified personal trainer.

She is no stranger to the fitness and sports world. She has competed in and coached ski racing for over 15 years with a National Gold in Women’s skier cross in 2008. A top 100 world ranking in two ski racing disciplines, SL and GS, and has competed in and won several triathlons. She is enthusiastic about health, fitness, and sport and loves to share her passions with those around her.

Chris Young Chris Young

Chris is relatively new to South Lake Tahoe, but is a veteran when it comes to health and Fitness. For almost 10 years, Chris has been helping clients from all walks of life reach and exceed their health, fitness, and performance goals. Chris graduated from the University of South Florida with a B.S. in Exercise Science, and assisted the USF Strength & Conditioning staff while he was there. He brings a wide variety of experience to Sierra Athletic Club. He has owned a Personal Training & Sports Performance company in Tampa, FL, was the Fitness Director for a medical weight loss and hormone replacement company, also in Tampa, and was the Fitness Director for a large membership gym in Asheville, NC.  In addition, Chris has worked with some of the top athletes from across the country, including numerous NFL draft picks who he helped train for the NFL Combine, dozens of MLB players during the offseason and for Spring Training prep, as well as several other elite athletes competing in a variety of sports.

Kyler Crouse Kyler Crouse

Kyler was born and raised in beautiful South Lake Tahoe. Understanding the importance of fitness, he has dedicated his work to helping people move and feel better. Kyler graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology / Minor in Nutrition along with multiple certifications, including two of  the most prestigious in the fitness industry, the NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and the Certified Functional Movement Screen. Kyler specializes in helping people look and move better even after injury. Nancy Harrison Nancy Harrison

Nancy moved to Tahoe because she loves to play outside. She doesn’t love the cold so much anymore, so Sierra Athletic Club is her favorite place to stay fit during the short cold days of winter. When temps rise Nancy loves to run on the trails, road bike, swim and paddle board. In 2012 Nancy was the overall female winner of the Lake Tahoe sprint triathlon.

Spin
Nancy earned her Spinning certification in 2006 and has been teaching since then. She teaches as a cyclist and follows the Spinning protocols. She likes to break the hour up with intervals and plays music from a variety of genres. Nancy wants her class attendees to enjoy the hour and get a great workout without realizing how hard they are really working!


 

Farah Richmond

I started taking spin classes about 15 years ago and loved the workout! I got my certification about a year ago and have been instructing at Sierra Athletic Club ever since. I love it! Please come join me for a fun hour with cool people, great music and an awesome workout!! See you there!!!


 

Cheryl Zager

Cheryl Has over 25 years experience in the fitness industry.
She has a love for sports and a passion for shaping and building a strong body.  She has a black belt in Judo. She is a certified Personal Trainer, Certified group exercise instructor and a Certified Spinning instructor.
