GROUP TRAINING CLASSES
H.I.I.T/TRX - This is a high intensity, interval and cardio training class Have fun and watch your heart rate soar with a dynamic blend of running, jumping, burpees & Bosu. Then move to the TRX straps for intense strength work.
STRETCH & SCULPT - If you are looking to build long, lean muscle this is the class for you! Define and strengthen in this unique and challenging workout that targets your arms, abs, hips, butt and thighs. Think– longer, leaner & stronger!
WEEKEND WARRIOR - This class is designed for all levels of ability and fitness integrating strength, balance, plyometrics, flexibility and core training.
BOOTCAMP - *Progressive and results driven! Includes up to 5 days a week of professional training in a small group Setting (8-10 people). With each session lasting 6 or 8 weeks. *ADDITIONAL FEE REQUIRED
CYCLE BARRE - This 75 minute class starts with a 30 minutes of high energy cycling followed by a 45 minute intense Barre/Core class. Be prepared to sweat and have your muscles shaking!
BARRE - Strengthen and lengthen with this full body workout using the ballet barre and small, isometric, concentrated movements to create a lean dense musculature and exquisite movement control. This class will not only incorporate barre, but will also include Weights, Mats and Yoga Ball to mix it up.
CYCLE AND STRENGTH - 75min Why Choose!? Take this class for 45 min of Cycling and 30 min of Upper Body & Core Strengthening! Tone & Tighten and build while developing strength and endurance simultaneously!
RIDE & SHINE - This 50-minute class will get your engines started better than any cup of coffee. We'll climb, sprint and push our way through rides and always come out feeling better.
CYCLE 50 - From intervals to long hill climbs, this 50-minute class is packed from start to finish. Lose yourself in the motivating music and challenge your body and soul. You'll be thankful you came!
HIGH GEAR - is a 50-min cardio challenge that pushes participants the extra mile! Is your goal cross-training, maintaining endurance year round or off-season, losing weight, or increasing your overall health and fitness level? Kick it into High Gear! You will accomplish your goals and see results!
HAPPY HOUR RIDE - 50 minute ride that will make you forget about your hard work day. Re-energize with some pumpin' music that will surely put you in a good mood.
